Proiectele, <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/B7oStj\">trecute rapid<\/a> prin Parlament<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se afl\u0103 \u00een acest moment la stadiul controlului de constitu\u021bionalitate. Schimb\u0103rile aduse Codurilor penale pun probleme at\u00e2t din perspectiva procedurii prin care a fost schimbat\u0103, pe repede \u00eenainte, politica penal\u0103 a Statului rom\u00e2n, c\u00e2t \u0219i din perspectiva con\u021binutului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>False pretexte<\/strong>: modific\u0103rile au fost realizate sub pretextul transpunerii Directivelor Europene 343\/2006 \u0219i 42\/2014 \u0219i al alinierii cu deciziile Cur\u021bii Constitu\u021bionale, \u00eens\u0103 rezultatul excede sau chiar merge pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aceste texte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Graba stric\u0103 treaba<\/strong>: ambele proiecte de lege au fost aprobate printr-o procedur\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103 fulger prin Parlamentul Rom\u00e2niei, oferind extrem de pu\u021bin (spre deloc) timp pentru dezbatere public\u0103.
