In the "Capital Energy" project we set out to explain how the thermal energy subsidy works in Bucharest. In order to put in context the size of the subject, we mention that, out of the 42 county residence municipalities analyzed, only in 27 of them are there budgets allocated for thermal energy; of these, Bucharest stands out by far with the total budget spent on energy, both as a nominal value and as a value allocated per capita. We are going to organize a debate with experts and stakeholders, following which to generate a proposal for a public policy on thermal energy in Bucharest,
